When you first ...
When you first start using the Ab Coaster, you can damage abdominal muscles if you over do it. You should take it easy for the first 6 months until you build up those muscles. After that, there's no harm in using every day. Just pay attention to any pain you may experience. I do 100 repetitions every day, split between left, right and center movement.

I have never used ...
I have never used an Ab Circle (although I receive spam emails about it every week). I have read user comments that it isn't built very well and may not hold up well over time. The Ab Coaster is built like a tank, and you will have no problems with it. I use it every day, and I love it. So my recommendation is to get the Ab Coaster.

After about 6 ... After about 6 months of daily exercise my back pain went away and it hasn't returned. the exercises are listed in the 10 videos in the YouTube series. The AbCoaster video is part 7. I don't think using that machine alone will do the trick. You need a full range of exercises focusing on low back, abs and upper legs, including hamstring stretches. And you shouldn't expect to see results until you have been doing it regularly for several months.
