Try a chiropractor. For me, it was a lifesaver.Don't listen to people who bad mouth them. Most of those people, have never been to oneJust like any dr.,they can't solve every problem.

My pain came during my pregnancy-I couldn't even stand upright. After 3 visits, I could just hop right out of bed in the morning.

But a few yrs. later, I went for lower back pain and it didn't help me much(later I discovered I needed surgery).
Give it a try- it could really help!
                      good luck,

The pain in lower back during pregnancy and after delivery is mainly due to sacro ilitis which is the inflammation of sacro-iliac joint.i too got such pain during the same period and it was severe enough to make me scream after certain motion especially on turning sides while lying down or getting up from lying down position.u can easily come out of it by very easy back stretching and strengthening exercises and that too at home. Remember to take calcium supplements. Take care all the best.(let me know if u need some help).byeReferences :

Severe lower back pain after pregnancy - how can I get rid of it?Is there any specific exercise or method to get rid of extreme lower back pain? I got it during my pregnancy and it doesn't seem to go away. I know it's not because of my weight because I have been having it since I got pregnant, not when I gained weight. My bones are all messed up back there. I've been to a physical therapist but my bone always goes back to the wrong place (sideways). What should I do?
RIA: thank you for your answer. I think I have the same problem you had. I could scream when I turn. It's good to know its specific name because maybe I can find more info on it, thanks again!
Shelley: I've tried that too (3 times)...it didn't made much difference. Does that mean I'll need a surgery? No matter where I go, doctors tell me they can't help. Well, they are not the ones who can't get up in the morning without help.
