		<description>Your mattress could be too soft or too firm....which is not providing enough support to certain areas of your back causing the pain.  If you can&#039;t replace the mattress anytime soon, I suggest stretching when you wake up.  Stand up, raise your arms above your head and bend your back over to the left and to the right.  Also, you can do some torso twists to loosen up your back.  If the pain persists, you might want to see a chiropractor in case you have some issues with your spine...like a slipped disc or something.&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt; </description>
