Anyhow, I want to ask you one question, I am Donald duck and I am suffering from lower back pain especially when I do squat, deadlift, stiff leg deadlift or barbell row. What u were … What u were pointing out as 'core' muscles r actually global trunk muscles. Forward spine flexion also compresses ant disc & can bulge or herniate a disc. This stuff is good as an adjunct after main problem is addressed. Good exer for hip flexor combined w/lat dorsi stretch. standg forward flex: Have them do it by themselves at 1st,ensure they r far past the acute phase, & monitor sx responses before wrkg this hard and NEVER in morning;(disc imbibation);ATM2 only thing shown to wrk actual core.
