Anyhow, I want to ask you one question, I am Donald duck and I am suffering from lower back pain especially when I do squat, deadlift, stiff leg deadlift or barbell row. Should I concentrate on abs exercise to relive the pain?

Forward spine flexion also compresses ant disc &amp; can bulge or herniate a disc. This stuff is good as an adjunct after main problem is addressed. Good exer for hip flexor combined w/lat dorsi stretch.  standg forward flex: Have them do it by themselves at 1st,ensure they r far past the acute phase, &amp; monitor sx responses before wrkg this hard and NEVER in morning;(disc imbibation);ATM2 only thing shown to wrk actual core. </description>
