I was thinking the same thing about the stretch.
Being that the … Being that the muscle involved with Sciatica is piriformis, shoudn't you stretch the lateral hip rotators rather than shortening them? Or is your goal to take pressure off of the nerve by shortening them?
Also, at 1:07, which muscle are you referring to? The piriformis?
