    Actually this … Actually this exercise is excellent for the lower back and core and is highly recommended by ACSM ( american college of sports medicine) and NASM( national academy of sports medicine. Recommeneded to be done three times a week. Since its not a weight exercise and doesnt break down muscle it can be done often.

    I don’t like this exercise. Even if you have good muscle strength you need a lot of practice to get it right and then it doesn’t provide enough muscle load – as a result you need to do it a zillion of times just to warm up.
