can you do a video routine for the abs that does not have us cruching from floor to ceiling-it kills my neck even with all the tips of not flexing it and using a towel. I know of a plank but what else can I do that is effective for all the abs.. thanks!

@Kosovoer if your stomach is strong, then begin mixing up the sequence of your normal ab routine. Be safely creative in finding out ways to add more resistance. Ankle weights and holding light dumbbells might help with this…ok?~ahmad
