Here is a great sciatica exercise for your lower back.

Lie on a flat firm surface and pull your knees up your chest. Wrap your arms around them (in a hugging motion) and pull them tightly to your chest.

This will stretch out your lower back and hopefully relieve the compression on any nerves that could be causing your pain.

Hope this helps. If you need to learn more exercises, check out the link in the source.References : http://www.lifefitnesshealth.com/sciatica-exercises/

What are good sciatica exercises?I suffer from symptoms of sciatica in my lower back. It can be very painful at times. I'm looking for sciatica exercises or stretches that I could do to help give me relief from the pain.
