I would like to … I would like to know if you do only this routine for 4 weeks and do no other weights i.e bench press etc … Just so I know the correct way to set out about this. 3 times a week for this routine? Then once the back is feeling better start to integrate normal training routines ?

thank you so much … thank you so much for this upload. i just took up boxing and i noticed how much stress is being put on my lower back causing occasional pain, but with these exercises that won't be a problem anymore
Most Common … Most Common Question regarding this movement is whether or not you should migrate south towards your leg end while doing this… If this is your question, you're not doing anything wrong. This is a natural occurence for this exercise.

How many times per … How many times per week should this workout be performed?
I am able to do most of the exercises here from home and, after just doing it once yesterday, I'm already starting to feel the GOOD kind of sore in my back. Not in my spine, but the muscles…so I'm curious if I should do this 5 times a week or 3, or..?
