I used similar ...
I used similar exercises to help with my lower back problem. The rawfood diet helped too, but probably the greatest benefit was from drinking more water. Dehydration often causes back pain because the disc(s) often are not as pumped up with fluid. If I get lower back pain now, drinking a litre of water helps massively.

I had a pretty bad ...
I had a pretty bad back injury when I was a teenager and have found great ways to keep my back pain to a minimum. Annmaire I have felt your pain!! All of the stretches you did are great, I use all of them, love Arnica too. My first chiropractor told me that keeping a strong core will give your back better support and help prevent injury. Also posture is very important! Lastly, for people that sit a lot, it's important to get up frequently and move and stretch.

First of all...I ...
First of all...I love you guys!
I was a competitive triathlete until after my last marathon...I haven't recovered. I am dealing with chronic pain which is devistating to someone who was once so active. Now I struggle walking to the stop sign...and sometimes to the kitchen.
But one thing that has been constant is a low vitamin D level. Vitamin D is very important. In patients who have broken bones ALL have low vitamin D. Sun screens block the D from the sun so you need to suppliment!

This was a very ... This was a very good video for me, because I have a very bad back. Too much weight, too many years of lifting people in home care, car accidents, in general, abusing my back. I am so thankful to Annmarie. I have spent many years using pain medication to mask the sometimes unbearable pain. I hope your tips will help sooth this away. Thanks again to both of you, I think you are wonderful!

I did stretching, ... I did stretching, chiro, massage, essential oil rubs of cyprus, lavender & rosemary in olive oil, ice packs, epsom salt & essential oil baths, and what finally took all the pain away was the addition of skin scraping or Gua Sha. BTW mine was scapula/shoulder pain from an injury.
