A few simple exercises I use in my Acupuncture practice for preventing and treating different types of back pain – Especially Low Back Pain as that is my specialty. All of the tools can be used daily for a few minutes, stretching and relaxing all parts of the spine and body. Traditional Chinese Medicine asserts that Prevention is the highest art and I see in practice how this applies – by doing the work we can remain pain free and increase our health through our own self discipline.
