Hip Flexor Stretches – Help Your Low Back Pain From Sitting NOW! – If you have low back pain after sitting long at work, in a car, in a plane, in a lounge chair (hopefully on a beach) or if you have been doing extra cardio on a bike (spinning) or treadmill, try these hip flexor stretches.
